Meet Ramona

Real estate isn’t just my career—it’s my passion. For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals, families, and investors navigate some of life’s biggest financial decisions: buying, selling, relocating, and investing in real estate.

My real estate journey began in 2004, working hands-on with home renovations, property flips, and apartment-to-condominium conversions. That experience gave me a perspective that goes far beyond the surface of a home. I don’t just see how a property looks—I look at its structure, potential, value, and opportunities. This background allows me to help my clients make informed decisions with confidence.

Born in Romania, I moved to Chicago at the age of four and spent most of my life there before relocating to Palm Coast, Florida, in 2020. Having personally experienced a major relocation, I understand the excitement, uncertainty, and emotions that come with starting over in a new place. That experience helps me connect especially well with clients relocating to Florida and beginning a new chapter of their own.

Today, I proudly serve buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Flagler County, and surrounding areas. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family and grandchildren, serving and volunteering through my church, exploring local restaurants, and enjoying Florida’s beautiful beaches and communities.
